This is one of my favorites because it produces results fast. And you as you get better at it, you’ll see even more pounds drop off – fast. When I needed to lose some weight quick a few years ago, I started doing these and still do them today. I started running up the stairs in the condominium complex I lived in. I started with three flights and then walked back down.
Then I did it again – as many times as I could.
If you’re just starting, I’d suggest doing this for ten to fifteen minutes four to five days per week. As you get better, you can try and stretch out the times of the workouts or increase the number of flights you run up. Either way works.
This is fast, simple, and extremely effective.
Eat a salad or bowl of soup before lunch and dinner
Vegetable salads or black bean/lentil soups are perfect. Both of these will fill your stomach and you’ll wind up eating less at your upcoming meal.
And because salads and soups fill your stomach with fewer calories, you’ll be shaving hundreds of calories with each and every meal that you do this for.
At the end of the month, you’ll have shaved thousands of calories from your meals
This is a simple and effective tip that adds up over time. And you can still enjoy your favorite foods – you’ll just be eating less of them.
